Only a couple of days ago, we heard a speculation regarding the elusive GALAXY S IV sporting an unbreakable glass. This time around, the rumour train has stopped at HTC. According to htcsource.com (a fan site), the Taiwanese manufacturer is preparing a 5" Android flagship codenamed M7 to compete with Samsung's next big thing. The website is hinting at a Snapdragon S4 quad-core chipset, 13 mp camera, and full-HD 1080p screen (much like the J Butterfly). The rumoured aluminium uni-body construction is in line with HTC's reputation for build quality. There's no word on the Android version; our guess is it's unlikely to feature anything older than Jelly Bean.
