Aircel, Idea, Tata Docomo offer special plans on BlackBerry Z10


 

Telcos like Aircel, Idea Cellular, Tata Docomo on Monday launched the new BlackBerry Z10 smartphone for their customers in India. Thelaunch coincides with the national launch of the BlackBerry Z10, which is the first smartphone powered by the re-designed, re-engineered and re-invented BlackBerry 10 platform, giving customers a powerful and unique new mobile computing experience.

Tata DoCoMo  announced a special offer of Unlimited 899 plan for BlackBerry Z10 customers. The offer will allow customers to enjoy unlimited mobile Internet and unlimited local calls on any mobile or fixed-line network across India at a fixed monthly rental of Rs 899.

Aircel is offering a new range of exciting usage plans for both prepaid and postpaid subscribers. Aircel’s subscribers will enjoy integrated service bundle of data (1GB data), voice (250 minutes Aircel to Aircel / month) and SMS (250 Aircel to Aircel / month) for 3 months at a recharge of Rs. 153.

The BlackBerry Z10 smartphone is the fastest and most advanced BlackBerry smartphone yet, and Idea is offering a smarter experience along with compelling 3G plans for customers backed by its gold standard 3G network.

BlackBerry on Monday launched its much awaited Z10 model in Mumbai. The device with 4.2 inch Capacitive Touch Screen is priced at Rs. 43,490.

With its launch the race for high-end smartphones will further intensify with corporate executives having a much simpler choice as they usulayy associated the BlackBerry brand.

As far as the competition is concerned, it will give tough time to Apple’s iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S3. The price range of the three is in the same bracket. It is interesting to see whether the struggling BlackBerry would regain its position in the market with much hyped BB 10 OS. 

It comes fitted with a 4.2 inch touch screen that gives a display resolution of 768x1280 pixels. Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP allows you to share files faster. The user can capture moments with its 8MP rear camera and video chat with the 2MP front camera.
