Notification Bubbles Android Application Reviewed

An animated wallpaper is not a common feature in the Windows system unless it runs a screensaver or unless the user resorts to third party software that enables it.

Since Android version 2.0, the mobile operating system has added support for “live wallpaper” besides the conventional static wallpaper. A live wallpaper allows the animation of a background image to show movement on the homescreens and it also provides user interaction with the touch screen.

Now plenty of live wallpapers are available for download from the Google Play store, and one of the popular and fabulous wallpapers that make full use of these features is Notification Bubbles Free.
On top of a static wallpaper, this live wallpaper app adds floating bubbles on homescreens and you can pop them with lovely sound effects for fun. The bubbles come in a variety of colors that you can select to match the background, either the built-in Foggy Blue or a current static wallpaper that you’re using.

This app also gives you a Halloween theme with an awesome background image. It has descending pumpkins replacing floating bubbles for the theme and lights up the pumpkins when touched.

Notification Bubbles doesn’t end here. It’s also meant for work.

You’ll get a new bubble notifying you of a phone call you missed, or an SMS or MMS sent to you. Pop the bubble and it directs you to the Phone app, or the Messenger app for you to reply, in a way more interesting than monotonously accessing the system notification bar.

You can also get notifications such as new events or messages from Facebook and Twitter accounts via this app. With these and other goodies, the free version is sweet enough for most average users despite some advanced features limited to the paid-for version.

Give this free and fabulous live wallpaper a try, for work and play.
